Welcome to the Media Center sign up page!

 

This is where Underwood staff and PTA signs up for the Media Center space. If you would like your students to work with Andrea on a collaborative media lesson, please contact her at atrowell@wcpss.net.

 

Sign up codes

  • Mtg Staff, PTA, or students using part of the Media Center for a small meeting. Other areas and circulation still open.

  • Res Staff or PTA using the entire media center. For example, for a staff meeting or large training.

  • Grp Small group of students using part of the Media Center. Other areas and circulation still open.

  • Cls Entire class using Media Center for a lesson, research, etc. Circulation still open.

  • Cir Entire class visiting for circulation and quiet reading. Usually 20 minutes. Circulation still open to others.

 

To sign up for the Media Center space

  1. Log in to the Wiki. Your log in is your email address. If you do not have a login, contact Andrea at atrowell@wcpss.net.
  2. Click on "edit."
  3. Fill in your requested time. Include the sign up code and staff/PTA member. If you are not using the entire block (ie. 20 minutes for circulation), indicate the time you will be using.
  4. Click "save" at the bottom of the page.
